TERMS OF USE

ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOU") govern access to and use of the Cadrant.ai platform, available online at https://cadrant.ai, published by Convergence Lab.

Cadrant.ai is a web application generation platform that enables users to design, deploy and manage web applications without requiring advanced development skills.

By creating an account and using Cadrant.ai, the User acknowledges having read these TOU and accepts them without reservation.

ARTICLE 2 — ACCOUNT CREATION

Access to the services offered by Cadrant.ai requires the creation of a personal user account. The User must provide the following information:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Secure password

Account creation is free. Registration is confirmed upon validation of the information and acceptance of these TOU.

Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential. The User undertakes to ensure their security, not to disclose them to third parties, and to immediately inform Convergence Lab of any fraudulent use at: contact@cadrant.ai.

ARTICLE 3 — FREEMIUM OFFER AND CREDIT SYSTEM

3.1 Free access

Upon creating an account, the User automatically benefits from freemium access to the Cadrant.ai platform, including 15 free credits per day. These credits are renewed daily and allow testing of the platform's essential features.

3.2 How credits work

Credits are the unit of measurement for consumption on the Cadrant.ai platform. Each application generation or modification action consumes a certain number of credits. Once credits are exhausted, the User must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform.

ARTICLE 4 — SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

4.1 Subscription offer

The Cadrant.ai subscription gives access to all platform features, including:

• Unlimited web application generation and modification
• 400 credits per month
• Application deployment on AWS infrastructure
• Custom domain connection via Cloudflare
• Supabase database integration
• Source code download

4.2 Pricing

• Price: €20.00 incl. tax / month
• Billing: at the beginning of each monthly period
• Commitment: no minimum commitment
• Payment: by credit card via Stripe (secure payment provider)

4.3 Subscription process

To subscribe, the User must:

• Log in to their personal account
• Select the subscription offer
• Confirm payment on the secure interface

A confirmation email and invoice are sent upon payment validation.

ARTICLE 5 — TERMINATION

The Cadrant.ai subscription has no minimum commitment. The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. No refund will be issued for a month already started.

Upon termination, deployed applications and source code remain available for download for a period of 30 days. After this period, hosted data may be deleted.

ARTICLE 6 — HOSTING AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Applications generated via Cadrant.ai are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. Convergence Lab undertakes to maintain a level of availability and security in line with industry standards.

The User acknowledges that service availability may be affected by planned maintenance operations, technical incidents or causes beyond Convergence Lab's control. The publisher endeavours to inform users in advance of any planned interruption.

ARTICLE 7 — CUSTOM DOMAIN NAME

Cadrant.ai allows subscribed Users to connect their own domain name to a generated application. This feature is provided via Cloudflare for SaaS, which enables:

• Automatic provisioning of an SSL/TLS certificate for the User's domain name
• Redirecting traffic from the domain name to the AWS S3 bucket hosting the application

The User is responsible for managing their domain name with their registrar. Convergence Lab cannot be held responsible for DNS propagation delays or incidents related to the User's registrar configuration.

ARTICLE 8 — CODE AND DATA OWNERSHIP

8.1 Source code ownership

The User owns the source code of all applications generated via Cadrant.ai. They may download their source code from their personal dashboard at any time. Cadrant.ai claims no intellectual property rights over code generated on behalf of the User.

8.2 Supabase integration

Cadrant.ai allows the User to connect their Supabase account to their applications via an access token. The User acknowledges that by granting read/write permissions to Cadrant.ai on their Supabase account:

• Data stored in Supabase belongs exclusively to the User
• Cadrant.ai only accesses Supabase data within the strict scope of executing requested features
• The User may revoke Cadrant.ai's access to their Supabase account at any time
• Convergence Lab does not sell, transfer, or commercially exploit the User's Supabase data

ARTICLE 9 — PLATFORM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Cadrant.ai platform (software, trademarks, logos, interface, generation algorithms) are protected by French and international intellectual property laws and belong to Convergence Lab.

The subscription grants the User a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the platform. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or reuse of platform elements is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 10 — LIABILITY

Cadrant.ai is an application generation tool. The User is solely responsible for the content of their applications, their regulatory compliance and their use.

Convergence Lab shall not be held liable in the event of:

• Data loss resulting from misconfiguration or non-compliant use
• Damage caused by generated applications to third parties
• Service interruptions related to third-party providers (AWS, Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe)
• Fraudulent or non-compliant use of the platform

ARTICLE 11 — PERSONAL DATA

Convergence Lab collects and processes Users' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://cadrant.ai/confidentialite.

In accordance with the GDPR, the User has rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability of their data. These rights may be exercised by email at: dpo@cadrant.ai.

ARTICLE 12 — MODIFICATIONS TO THE TOU

Convergence Lab reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. Users will be informed of modifications by email or via a notification on their dashboard. Updated TOU come into effect within 30 days for existing users.

ARTICLE 13 — APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These TOU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, the parties shall attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Convergence Lab's registered office.
